How do I update my company brief?
Open the app and click "Brief" in the top navigation bar. You can edit any of the five fields — what your company does, your stage, competitors, team, and biggest challenge. Save to immediately re-run the research pipeline with your updated context.
How do I connect a data source?
Click "Connect" in the top navigation bar. OpenWrld supports connections to Slack, GitHub, Google Drive, and more. Connected sources are used by the agent pipeline to track business signals and surface relevant research.
What does the pipeline actually do?
The pipeline is an always-on agent team that researches your market, builds a causal model of your business, runs simulations against your goal, and surfaces prioritised recommendations. It re-runs automatically on a schedule and whenever you update your brief or ask a question.
How do I delete my account?
Email us at support@openwrld.ai with the subject "Delete my account" from your registered email address. We will permanently delete all your data within 30 days.
Is my company data used to train AI models?
No. Your company data — brief, queries, connected sources, simulation results — is never used to train shared or third-party models. See our Privacy Policy for details.
The pipeline seems stuck. What do I do?
Click "Refresh" on the Today view to manually trigger a new pipeline run. If the issue persists, email hello@openwrld.ai with your account email and we'll investigate.
