Terms of Service
Last updated: April 11, 2026
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using OpenWrld (“Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Description of service
OpenWrld is an AI-powered product simulation platform that helps engineering and product teams evaluate feature decisions. The Service uses large language models (Anthropic Claude) to generate probabilistic analyses and build-order recommendations.
3. Use of AI
Outputs generated by the Service are probabilistic estimates, not guarantees. You are solely responsible for any decisions made based on OpenWrld's output.
Do not submit information you are not authorized to share, or that includes personal data of individuals without their consent.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Transmit harmful, unlawful, or misleading content
- Reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the Service without written permission
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
5. Data and privacy
We process your inputs to provide the Service. Inputs are transmitted to Anthropic's API and are not used to train AI models. No Customer Data is persisted by Anthropic between sessions. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data retention and residency.
6. Intellectual property
OpenWrld retains all rights to the platform, software, and underlying models. You retain ownership of data you submit. You grant OpenWrld a limited, non-exclusive license to process that data solely to provide the Service.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. OpenWrld makes no warranty that results will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. Use of the Service is at your own risk.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OpenWrld's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid in the three months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater. In no event shall OpenWrld be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate access to the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 6, 7, 8, and 10 survive termination.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Delaware.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
